Refund Policy

Booking deposits are nonrefundable. Booking fees secure our time to assist you and are applied to the cost of any services rendered. Cancellations forfeit booking fees. 

You may cancel this contract for any reason within 3 days after we both have signed it. Per California law, you are entitled to a full refund if no work has begun on your file. If we have begun work on your file, then you will receive a refund for any work not completed as per the addendum. To cancel this contract, send RF Legals Inc. a written notice stating that you are canceling the contract. You must provide notice of cancellation in both methods below: 

1. Send written notice of cancellation to our email address within 3 days, so that we can stop work immediately. 
2. Mail the notice by first-class mail with the correct postage and send it to RF Legals Inc. at our address. Cancellation takes effect on the date of the postmark on the notice. 

You may also cancel this contract at any time if we:

1. Fail to give you a copy of this notice before providing any services to you, or
2. Fail to specify in the contract/addendum the services which we will perform and the costs of those services.

         3. Fail to give you a copy of the contract and addendum.
